Kerri is absolutely wonderful to work with. She was able to help me get the exact set I wanted hassle free. What a wonderful person to work with to make my vision of my home come true. No pressure, knowledgeable, professional and so easy to work with. - this is a revision I just finally received half my order. This place is so disorganized and customer service is garbage!! I would never buy anything from here again.

Edit from 5 stars to 1! First they never ordered our furniture when they said they would! Called us the day we thought it would be in to confirm we wanted it ordered, umm yes duh!! Then they called to tell us it was in and we could pick it up. Went to get it, they can’t find it! Finally after searching and making a call, turns out they loaded the wrong product on the truck! Went into the store and asked to speak to a manager and was told he was on lunch, waited over two hours before calling to talk to the manager and again on the phone was told he was on lunch. After questioning him taking a 2+ he lunch break they found him for me. Terrible communication and customer service!

My wife and I decided to buy our first new furniture since in 12 years for newly renovated basement. We had great service from the sales team at Ashley’s picked out a couch that was on sale and paid for it. Although it was going to be 8 weeks for delivery we were okay with it. The problem came when we had it delivered and had to deal with costumer care. Our couch was delivered lacking the the holes plus inserts to attach the legs. I called the care line who deals with Ashley and Dufresne. After at least an hour on the phone. The only thing they offered was to send out a tech to install the inserts which was going to take another 8 weeks. Nothing was offered as a discount at this time for the delay or the trouble. After a few days past I got thinking about the inconvenience this has caused. And the damage this was going to cause sitting on my floor without legs. I called back and asked if I bought the inserts and installed them myself (so I could have it fixed sooner) would they give a discount for my troubles. The agent had to talk to his supervisor and came back with a 60 dollar discount! This seemed like a slap in my face! We were so excited to get this couch and this has ended with a bad taste in my mouth for both Ashley and Dufresne because of they use the same costumer care and delivery. I should have gone with Wayfair or equivalent which many of my friends recommended.

Bought a new sofa and loveseat. Waiting time was expected to be ~2-3 months, but delivery was delayed to the point that it took ~4-5 months to get the set (calling customer service it was clear they had no idea what was going on - had to call several times speaking to several different people before anyone actually looked into this issue). The sofa frame caved in less than 3 years, which was fine as it was covered by warranty. Booked a service visit in July, the furniture tech came in August and wanted to get a new sofa ordered but their supervisor wouldn't approve it. Tech did a rough patch and ordered all new frame and booked a follow up for November. Sofa broke again in October, decided to wait until November appointment but when WE called the week of the appointment (wasn't notified by Ashley's) we found out that the appointment was changed to February? Called customer service 5 times about this issue and was promised a call back every time within 48 hours... never once received a call back. So in summary: - Couch delivery was delayed. - Product broke in less than 3 years of normal use. - Warranty claim is taking 9 months to get results... still ongoing. Experience with sales in stores was good, they were very helpful at time of the purchase. Customer Service and Guest Care is abysmal. I know two other co-workers who have had terrible experiences with Ashley's as well, I would never recommend going with Ashley's to anyone. UPDATE: Finally heading toward a resolution with the warranty claim... Ashley's wanted to give us a new sofa to replace the broken one, however the product is no longer sold so instead we were given full credit for the original cost of the sofa to put towards a new purchase in their store. Changing the rating to 2 stars, hopefully all goes well with this next purchase.

Sales rep and manager had no idea about sizes of pillows and their online site has little description. In person they could have been helpful but over the phone they were extremely unwilling to understand the situation or help me fix it. Will never purchase there again. They'll sell u something and when you get something completely different they'll tell u there's nothing they can do. ?

Excellent service and great knowledge of furniture. Very friendly and definitely will recommend to everyone. My sales representative was the very best!! Excellent pricing and product. Thank you ? My delivery was prompt and on time. The delivery men were extremely professional and polite, very knowledgeable about my furniture. Absolutely ? thank you.

We booked bedroom suite on Nov 28/2021. And it was birthday gift for my niece on Dec 26/2021. They said it will deliver within a week. We waited two weeks. Called Ashley everyday and left message with store person to call us back never got call from manager. And finally we decided to go in person after a third week. Manager was there and he knew about our order but he never said a word or talk to us. We got date for delivery never happened another date never got it. Finally we last Sunday we decided to cancel our order and today we are still waiting for our refund. It is so frustrating. So I guess we have to call again. Brandon Ashley store service I don’t know to believe or not. Winnipeg Ashley is better than this we ordered all our bedroom suites, couches and got delivered on time and they installed for us also.

The sales rep was fantastic. Sad part is I got my order and it is not satisfactory. I called the customer care number three times, I text the number they told me to and got no response. I did the online chat and it kept telling me I bought a couch when it was definitely a bedroom set. I followed up with the sales rep and she said her administrator would cal me. And absolutely nothing. then they give you a timeline that can’t be achieved because they are closed. Can only try so many times to reach the people you need to with no success.://Will never shop there again. Pretty disappointing after spending a good amount of money on a bedroom set.
