All this company cares about is your money, customer care doesn't care about you! I pre-ordered something online and it hasn't arrived for almost a month and it doesn't look like it's going to arrive, so I asked for a refund and they don't want to give me they hanged up on me because they don't want to give me a refund and then if this was Amazon or any other site, they will give you a refund straight up rather they told me to buy a new one. And this isn't the first time it's happening.

We bought a new big screen TV and paid for delivery/setup. Since the tv has arrived at the store, we have been called 5 times to pick it up - each time telling them that we have paid for delivery. Their response? "You can return the tv" Finally had a date for delivery, with a 9 hour timeframe!, and no one showed up and no one called. Went to the store to see what happened and they said they cancelled the delivery because they had no staff - even though there were 3 Geek Squad staff standing right there!!!!!!

Went in to buy a $1000 item that was in stock and in lock up. Waited 10 minutes for one staff member to run around the store looking for someone that could open up the cabinet. Was then told it would take a additional 15 to 20 minutes for someone to come open it. Absolutely rediculous. No wonder everyone shops online.

I was looking for a sandisk extreme pro 256Gb in this store but they're not available. I guess there items1 is not as complete as in other branches in big cities. Unless, you're looking for some common/popular electronic gadgets/appliances, you find it here.

If I could give zero stars I would, this Best Buy has the worst staff in all of Canada.they just stood there watching me struggling, I surely would not recommend going here the staff behave like they don’t care about the customers I do really regret spending my money here

Not a good experience at all. You have to wait in queue for long because the person at customer service is busy on their PC and talk with other employees endlessly. They just don't care about customer time. Unfortunately there is only one store of Bestbuy in Brandon. Next time I would go to Winnipeg if I ever need to buy stuff from Best Buy. One of the few stores that do not greet you when you enter the store. Very bad customer service Best buy please invest in your employees, they should at least smile at customers when they enter the store. Two stars only for Best buy brand ; I purchased lot of stuff from them. P.S. Please improve your Brandon,MB store.

Horrendous customer service, product knowledge and in-store stock. Also, there is no way to speak directly to someone at the store…the number listed takes you to an automated system with ZERO possibility of reaching someone in store. They didn’t update their hours for Easter Sunday. Drove all the way down there around noon, only to see the store closed with the security fence down. People wonder why brick and mortar retail is failing, and this is a perfect store to demonstrate why that is. Amazon isn’t putting you guys out of business, you’re putting yourselves out of business. Go guy something that is stored in the locked cabinets near the front and watch 3-4 Best Buy employees squirm to figure out how to get the item into your hands. Despicable operation the have running there. And who within Best Buy corporate/upper management cares? No one. They’re all just waiting until the business goes belly up and they get their severance packages.

If you're looking for good customer service this is not the place to go.. Purchase an item on line from Best Buy. Didn't work went to return it and was told that because I did it on Virtual debit I had to get a store credit. Asked could you please show me where it says that on line? Continued to argue got another person involved they tried to figure it out. Got another manager And was completely condescending. They finally figured it out. Something that was so simple. If I could give Best Buy any advice train all your staff properly before letting them get to that till.. I always dread having to return anything at this store. Next time I'll just drive to Winnipeg
