★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer experience and impolite employee. I went many times to them for the mistake they made. After all this, I went to the mall at the Rogers Store. They helped me quickly and gave me a nice deal. I will never come back to the mobile shop again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I when to the mobile shop had bad customer experience ever seen in my life, and the manager is bad. when I ask for the plan the manager told the me stay the same plan just upgraded new iPhone 6s for free than I’m ready to do is only two minutes after, he told me wasn’t free any more and to get the free iPhone 6s I have to change on my plan. Is only two minutes is that big change ? And I ask he just told me was free iPhone 6s stay same plan and he said is never said that. However I was so mad!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first the young lady kept trying to up-sell me from the phone I wanted. Next she tried to get me to switch from Bell to Virgin telling me same company. 40 minutes later... it turns out they didn’t have a Bell phone to match what I wanted.
15 minutes at a real Bell outlet and I had my phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had good experiences at this location. Today, there was a customer first in line. Totally get that this person will be served prior to me but the employee didn't even acknowledge other guests waiting. Would have been nice to have been told, "I see you are waiting. It is going to be an approximate of however many minutes," or something. Waited for approximately 30 minutes to do other shopping and came back, to be finally told it was going to be another 20 minutes. Would have been nice to be told that in the first place so I could of just carried on with my business. Have had this happen at least 3 times. Even a sign with an approximate waiting time to be served would help. On the positive side, when it is you getting served, very good service usually.
