I went to Rogers the other day and I was very displeased with the way your representative treated me. She was rude from the start and sure as in the hell made you know she didn't like you. I felt very unwelcomed in the store and also insulted by the initial replies she gave me assuming I was stupid with her ignorant response. I will be sure to tell everyone I know not to VISIT THIS STORE ANYMORE! IF YOU WANT RELIABLE SERVICE THAN DO NOT DEAL WITH THAT SPECIFIC PERSON.

Just signed up for a Rocket hub with Amy in Brandon shopper's mall. Knowledgeable and nice. Will definitely return. Great person to deal with; personable and knew the answers to all of our questions. Now to go home and see if it works in our area.

If I could rate it less than 1 star I would. Purchased a tablet because I was told I would have 30 days to bring it back. Went in to return it because it wasn’t working, and was told the return policy was 15 days and they would not help me because I was 5 days over. They told me to call customer service, who were of NO help, but explained that I could return the product to the store if the manager allowed it. The manager decided he didn’t want to help me and now I’m stuck with a $250 broken tablet.

Staff is well informed on their products and they had the Note8 on demo which no other store had (also they were informed well about the oneplus 6 which no store even has on display). They were very nice and not too pushy with their sales pitch unlike other stores (Bell, who would often put down other providers). Unfortunately I did not make the purchase today, but I know for certain which phone I am going to buy.

these guy's are scam artists and crooks. my wife went in to upgrade her phone and they spewed lie after lie to get her to upgrade items with threats of losing discounts. they told her because of our many years of loyal rogers usage we qualified for a free tablet that we could just give away not explaining it was tied to a contract that we had to pay for and if cancelled had to pay for the "free" device. avoid this place they are dishonest

The person on the phone was not helpful at all. He tried to make an excuse that he was just a worker at the retail location in the shoppers mall (this somehow excuses him from representing Rogers appropriately). He told me to just call customer care yet I kept telling him customer care does not deal with my sales item at the moment, Apple Watches are only available in store. He was not helpful, he was not knowledgeable, and he was a bit rude. I am extremely disappointed in this location.

Extremely helpful staff and very quick with setups. Knowledgeable about plans too. This is the first time I’ve used this store for setups and it went an hour faster than last time. I also called many times after to get help understanding my new phones settings and they were pleasant, patient, and helpful. I couldn’t say any better things about them. Great experience.

They know the latest product in and if available- very honest with information and not afraid to tell u about the good deals...guid you into plan that suits your pocket....make sure you're SATISFIED Awesome deals always awaits you at Rogers... Check out the Samsung flip...❀❀ WHAT I really like about Rogers you have actual face to face customer service persons to talk to if you have any challenge/s until other carriers who direct you to call customer service you get someone ine Dubai you don't even understand because of accent...
