However dealing with Nathan has been my best experience yet. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional! He also showed me the coolest charger I have ever seen…..so I bought it!!

OLD,OLD. I went to the Shoppers Mall location for a phone. The person I got the phone from was not very friendly. I was having second thoughts about whether to go with Bell.
I did get the phone. I had problems with it later in the evening. I went back the next day & a young man helped. His name is Mitchell Albrechtsen. He was very knowledgeable about the product, patient about all my questions and helpful.

This is the first time someone has actually cared about what we want and need, he was amazing went above in beyond really nice person. We have love our experience here for the first time ? his name is SID if you ever need to get a new phone or upgrade

He customized her apps to suit her needs and took the time to answer all her questions. Did I mention he got her the best deal out there? My mom is super satisfied.
