★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Furnace motor died and the parts/service department had a motor ordered and on the way within an hour while the other dealers I called have not yet returned my calls and while on the phone the other dealers gave me the impression the order was not big enough plus their price was almost double that of Courtenay RV. Great professional service. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are a great help with all your rv needs. But what sets them apart is how they go above and beyond on customer service. I had walked down with my rottweiler to pick up a few things and my dog was so hot. The guys brought her into the store hand gave her a huge bucket of water then took her out back and hosed her off with cold water. Let us just hang out while she cooled down. I will give all my business to this company from this point on. Ella and I thank you all

We called two other RV places in town, but they were both too busy to help us despite the fact that we did not have working brakes or signal lights. Although Courtenay RV was also busy, they accommodated us because safety is their number one priority. They were super friendly, helpful, and very efficient. A++

Despite being incredibly busy, they hustled to do everything they could on my list so I could get the camper set up for my daughter for this weekend. Thanks, everyone!
We are so grateful for the excellent service we received at Courtenay RV Specialists. We needed a major repair on our camper and they did an excellent job of fixing it. We have had a few other jobs done there and have always come away feeling like they treated us well, kept us informed, and gave us a fair price. We recommend them to anyone that asks us about where to have work done.
