★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was picking some new work boots out and the lady that helped me was incredibly helpful and informative and we landed on the Timberland Pro endurance, which wasn't in stock so she got me setup with an in store order which was super easy!
Also, there was a very obnoxious lady up front being rude to an employee and seeing the manager stand up for the employee and not tolerate that kind of behavior was amazing to see.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good selection, but the customer service is lacking and the prices are a bit high unless a sale is going on. I asked an associate where a product was and she was rude and didn't tell me where in the store they kept that stock.

Read the fine print on their sales because they're disingenuous liars and will try to trick you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very poor selection of women's work boots and clothing and even worse customer service. I went into the store and needed a pair of Work boots and a winter work jacket and was not leaving without them. After trying the only three pairs of women's boots they carry and every single men's size 7 (there was only 3 pairs that small) which is a size too big for me and I nearly gave up. Then my teenage son... Not an employee (the employee that offered to help only got me the first two pairs of boots) found a single pair of boots that were on a high shelf well out of my reach and line of sight that fit me very well. They were the last pair of that type but not discounted. I still paid $198.00 and I am happy with the boots. I am not happy with the experience finding the boots. I also needed a hi vis jacket and couldn't find anything small enough for ME. I also couldn't find any work quality rain gear that would fit me. Just light weight stuff that would not last a day in the construction industry. Every time I asked for help I was told the small sizes sell out as soon as they got them.... MAYBE THAT IS BECAUSE THERE IS A NEED FOR THEM... maybe you should order more then. I will definitely be purchasing the rest of my work gear from ONO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't like visiting this store, though sometimes I have to as I work in trades and need workwear. However upon my last visit... Dismal selection of women's workwear and boots. I was hoping there would be more than two pairs of women's carhartts, both not even the good canvas kind. Women's workwear does not just mean nurses scrubs! And it's not just this location, but most Mark's across Canada. I asked one of the workers why they don't carry more women's work wear, and she said something along the lines of "there's no demand for it". Ok... Sure. The staff in this store put off an unfriendly vibe, they are either too busy to be bothered with you OR they hound you for ten minutes talking about products and sales very aggressively, and that makes me want to leave as well. Also, the casual clothes are on the same quality level as Walmart, at 10x the price. What's going on here? Not shopping here again. Besides, I can never find anything I need anyways. Sorry folks, I'd stay away from this shop if you can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We needed to exchange two pairs of Levi's for a different size. The cashier was helpful right off the bat and offered to hold our existing jeans with a note on them till we found the right size. Karl, working in the jeans area, was friendly and approachable immediately when we couldn't find the size we needed. He checked the stock, determined there were two pair "in the back", ran off to look for them, returned moments later with them. Problem solved! And he was so nice through the whole thing. Great customer service.
