So many options .. variety of stuff makes the shopping even more fun. Staff is helpful, they working hard to provide an excellent service to all the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know why people shop there the prices are high but for some reason people think it's a good deal .
Only thing I don't like is they don't donate to help the homeless instead they cut up shoes , boots, jackets , etc and throw in the garbage , they also will break everything they put in the garbage so no one gets what they throw out . WHATS THE BIG DEAL it's going into the garbage !!!! Donate donate

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big and tall selection is always HURTING, it is as if the island doesnt have any large individuals on it. It's not a Courtenay thing either, Nanaimo, Duncan, etc, all have super slim pickings for the larger dudes. Good kitchen ware stuff though.
I would have to say out of 40+ visits, I've only ever found 1 pair of jeans >42/32. And I've never found a decent pair of shoes 13+.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Winners is great, it's a hit or miss store, if you see it & like it BUT IT, your not likely to find that item again. Not any options for ladies sneakers when I went, I'm thinking It happened to be in between delivery dates.
I also couldn't find a single men's hoodie.... I thought maybe they were moved for summer clothing displays, but unsuccessful in finding a single one.
