★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the time we walked in the store till we got our new bed (1 week!!) our experience was perfect. They had appropriate covid protocols in place that allowed us to try the different options. We love our new bed, my body doesn’t hurt, and we sleep so peacefully! Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to get a new bed and Sleep Country was the place to go. I had a great experience in getting another one a year before with their Sales Associate, Rick, in Courtenay.
I do find that I sleep better but to warm on the Blanche matteress. I have had to make adjustments to the bed linens I use, to allow me to be cooler. In all I really would say that the "Blanche" was the way to go for me and the husband, OH......and the dogs love it. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mattresses and pillows are a great example of a product that does not transition well to online purchasing - You really want to be able to physically test them out before you buy them, and the guys at Sleep Country were knowledgable and helpful without too much sales pressure and ensured we thoroughly tested all possible options so that we ended up with the right choice for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service we received at the warehouse was extremely good with the sales person giving us all the information and demonstrations of various beds that we needed to make our selection from.
However we found that after taking delivery we had a minor problem and called in to the warehouse and were not totally satisfied with the service we received over the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rick spent a lot of time with us selecting our adjustable bed, bedding, & mattresses. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Delivery was fast, and installation faster. We were amazed. We are now sleeping great and loving our purchases.
