★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to work here and since stopping I have had a few great chances to reflect on what makes My Tech Guys so great. These guys will literally always go the extra mile to fix your computer issues. The efforts they go to to be the most informed, prepared and friendly technicians around is consistent and applaudable. They will spend time making sure your computer problems are not just fixed, but that you understand the issue (if you want to). Although I have moved on the ethos and traditions of thoughtful, proactive service will continue to help people in the valley for years to come, and I'll miss the friendly welcoming staff and culture of solving issues and helping so many happy faces!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am currently writing this review from my Mac mini that I just picked up from My Tech Guys. Not only did they recover all of my data, install a new hard drive with 5 years warranty, and update my computer but they provided world class customer service in a super speedy and super professional and affordable manner. Will was very informative and kind and Cory was clearly intelligent and quick. They are My Tech Guys and they should be Your Tech Guys too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my computer in for a service as it was running slow. They asked me to bring in my external hard drive as well. While in their care, they erased the entire contents of my external hard drive - 1 Terrabite of all my precious photos from my travels. Not only would they not admit they did it, they would not even give me an apology. I was devastated they did this. I wrote to the store owner who did not even grace me with a reply. Awful service and awful follow up by staff and owner.

They were very competitively priced, with better quality components and best of all, they recommended better parts that would suit my particular needs. Oh, and did i mention fast? They had my new PC ready to go in under 4 business days... Incredible! I can't thank MyTechGuys enough for my new PC Build.

Out of touch with new OS and systems, they did all they could to help me get my old laptop top running again faster.

We were worried about her laptop having extra damage from coffee being spilled, but were pleasantly surprised to hear that a quick clean-up was all it needed! I would 100% recommend you guys to anyone!! Especially Apple products. The service was same day!!
