★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my laptop in because it was getting slower. They checked it out and said the hard drive needed replacement and charged me 49.95. It was sill under warranty so l contacted seller. They then got me to hook up to them online. They ran tests for about two hrs. Finding errors and were able to auto fixed them, leaving my laptop working like new. I went back to Geotech and they had nothing to say for themselves and did not refund my money for trying to sell me something I really didn't need....BEWARE
