Elsa was amazing! Would recommend Knot to Shabby to anyone! Thank you Elsa for getting out of your laneway after that crazy snowstorm back in January for me. - Wishing all brides good luck on their dress shopping adventures.

I stepped in to inquire about making an appointment, but there were no other brides in at the time so I was able to try on immediately! Even though I was clear I was not ready to purchase anything that day she treated me with the care I'm sure she treats all her brides! The selection was impressive and Elsa was a very knowledgeable guide! She was respectful of my budget and did not try to pressure me into anything! Unfortunately I no longer need a dress, but I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a dress!!

She is amazing! She has great selection of both wedding gowns and other occasions (prom, bridesmaid, etc).

She wouldnt even let me in the store! definitely will not be purchasing here!

Never have I encountered such rude customer service in a place where the bride should feel special. The owner here was short with us. Condesnding and very unprofessional. I do not recommend this establishment as the service was judgmental.
S	SASH on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE SHADY BUSINESS, AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!! Do NOT leave anything here for consignment!!! Even though there is a contract that you both have to sign the owner does NOT hold up her side and will break it but then put the blame on you. She does NOT contact you when your items get sold, will claim she has paid you and you have to fight to get your money. She also makes the items higher priced in the store then what you agreed to on paper so she can make more money off your items but you still only get what is written in the contract. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

We're from Toronto, but heard such lovely things that we decided to make a day of it & head to Stratford. Elsa & Nita were absolutely AMAZING! Not only did they make my soon to be sister-in-law feel comfortable and beautiful, they made us feel like family. Their dress and designer knowledge was top notch, understanding of what Jessica (the bride) wanted & how she felt, and gave her so many different options. They truly gave her, and my mom and I, the best possible experience in finding her wedding dress!! Thanks you two! <3

Every time I looked at my dress leading up to the wedding, I was filled with excitement. The day of our wedding was no different. Elsa's passion for bridal gowns and being environmentally friendly is truly inspiring! Shopping at Knot too Shabby was a no pressure shopping experience that I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a beautiful gown at a reasonable price. I am sure all of her brides experience the same feelings of joy that I experienced when I wore my dress.
