Bells and Bows Bridal Centre - Lethbridge

Came in after making a last minute appointment (I didn’t know it was by appointment only) in the short time I was there the ladies were extremely helpful and intuitive about what I would like. I would recommend this store to anyone buying a grad dress and will be returning next time I need a gown!

I was a bride on a tight budget, I did the Amazon dress and threw my money away, when it arrived it was 4 sizes to big and unalterable to my size. I called bells and bows and explained I only had x amount of dollars to work with and described my dream dress. As soon as I walked in the door I was welcomed with wonderful smiles and embraced by both the store owner and her employee. They had at least 7 options and different styles. The experience from start to finish was absolutely amazing! I was treated like a real person and wasn’t pushed into something I couldn’t afford. The service I received is far more than I could ever put into words! Top of the line!!!! Best experience ever!!!!

These beautiful women at Bella and Bows made my daughters and myself’s graduation dress shopping amazing experience!The only place you can walk into that has sizes 0 to 30 and makes you feel absolutely beautiful! We came home with a dress of Jordys dreams! Thank you so much!

I wish I could give zero stars. My friend went here to look for her wedding dress and wishes she didn’t. The owner was extremely rude to not only the bride-to-be but also to her assistant, I can’t believe she would still work there after how she is treated in front of customers, who knows how she is treated behind the scenes. Once inside they make you pay a $50 fee just to LOOK/TRY ON the dresses, I have never heard of this in my life. Once the owner found out my friends budget she very rudely said “well you’re not going to find much for THAT price”. As she continued to pull out dresses we noticed that none of them were what my friend had described to her at all, they were very costumey and cheap looking. She even made her try on a wedding dress with pink flowers all over it, which is not even close to the dress she described. They were VERY pushy and rushed her in and out of the dresses, she hardly got a chance to look. The prices are also a secret and it seems that she just makes them up on the spot (probably based on your budget) as we noticed that she would forget the price of one she already told you then tell you a different price. Don’t waste your time here and save yourself $50, go elsewhere. I can’t believe a business that’s run this way can still have customers. **to add after owners comment. What a wonderful experience we had with these amazing people! I really appreciated the fact that I was asked for a budget. I felt with that comment we were able to pick from an amazing selection with generous options that I could afford. They made us feel so special! They made it so easy for us to feel comfortable and for my daughter to pick the dress of her dreams. A beautiful experience with beautiful people! Thank you so much for making this experience such a memorable time for us ❤️❤️❤️

Oh if only there was a 0 star option. I work in customer service and I can assuredly state that this is the WORST experience in public history that I have ever had. We were interrupted ever other second, poked and prodded with no time to breath, think about, or look at the dresses we tried on, and the owner and people working there were terrible!! We asked for size 16 and we’re told that 1: there aren’t many options so sorry, 2: she’s not really a size 16, and 3: that we just have to find a different colour or dress. The owner was terrible to her employee and as it is mid March, I was surprised to receive a full covid screening, questionnaire, and temp taking!! You have no business asking anything of my health. Get educated and learn some manners. No stars.

This was the first store I went grad dress shopping to, I had heard great things about Bells and Bows from some friends and was really excited to hopefully find “the dress”. My experience here was anything but good. The owner Angeline, was loud, condescending and rude to her assistant Val, making the experience less than welcoming. When I did try on some dresses the lady’s were man handling me on the podium to the point I almost fell off, not to mention that they rushed me in and out of the dresses and didn’t give me much time to look at them never mind talk about them. There were a few dresses I thought were pretty but was told “do you really like it, because if not - that’s just wear and tear on the dress”. The owner tried to pressure me into picking and buying a dress I did not love, because if I “didn’t buy one that day, I wouldn’t have a dress for grad”. I was also told many times that the colour of dress I wanted didn’t exist and that I wouldn’t find one anywhere else, that I had to pick a different colour on the spot… this was not true at all, I found MANY dresses in that colour and found “the dress” at another store. Not to mention, all brands, prices and sizes were hidden from us, no pictures were allowed, and we were asked to provide a budget - unlike ANY other dress store we visited. The owner of this store is extremely unprofessional to put it nicely, and I would not recommend anyone shop here, hence the fact that I left in tears. Definitely not worth PAYING for an appointment. Thanks Bells and Bows Bridal for the terrible experience. If only there was a 0 star rating option.

There are no words to express how grateful we are to Bells & Bows for not only seeing us so quickly but also for the encouragement and help provided after my sisters original grad dress from another shop had been “lost in shipment”. The owner ensured that she found the perfect dress that she absolutely loved before making a decision. There was last minute pressure to ensure she had a dress for grad but during her appointment at Bells & Bows all worries were put at ease! The owner also gave her complimentary earrings and bracelets that matched the dress perfectly. 10/10 100% recommend this store! GO HERE 1st!
