(Only customers in the store) We proceeded to look at shoes, she didn’t get up and come to see if she could help us. Very short and snarky and unhelpful. Not going to be spending our money here.

DO NOT GO HERE. Order online instead they do not deserve your business. I purchased my share of items from here. It is not worth the poor service. I will be out looking for alternative options. Note: Been wearing redwing and ecco products for 15yrs ($350+, and work boot accessory $65+)
v	vince biadi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a pair of redwing work boots #2416 models the boots have a defect on them and an employee told me to use contact cement to repair the boot i told the employee that the boot is defective if i need to repair a brand new pair of boots that are still in the box the employee told me if i wanted to return the boots i can but i would have to pay for shipping dont know why i would pay if the boots are defective i was told by the employee that the boots are not defective so I told him i was going to call redwing directly and he said yes call them they are better with there warrenty so i called redwing and talked on phone sent pictures and was told yes the boot has a defect was not sealed properly then told the employee of redwing what happened and how greame did not help me and told me to use contact cement the guy laughed about it then told me that redhart is just getting rid of there stock because thry arenot going to be a redwing dealer anymore and that the company employee washed his hands of the situation and did nothing for me do not purchase from this company bad customer service. I have emails from redhart use contact cement or take boots to a boot repair place really 420 dollars for boots and this is what i get do not buy from this store im so mad never ever again
J	Jasmine Walser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As I was out shopping I parked infront of the store and popped over to the thrift shop for a look before I was going to come into the store to look for the new ladies size Redwing boots that just came out. I noticed someone peering at me through the door as I got out of my truck, which was odd.... I popped over to the other shop, and on my way to your store noticed something on my windshield, which was a passive aggressive note about how the lot was not a parking lot and I should park elsewhere.... I put two and two together and pulled the note off my truck and walked in the store. I asked if this was placed there by them and they responded that it was. I placed it down and told the staff that I was planning on getting some Redwings, but I will now be taking my business elsewhere... I own a store in downtown Lethbridge, so I get having customer parking (I should point out there were multiple spots available right in front of the store), but I was also about to be a customer.... I think we shouldn't be shaming people for parking and be a bit nicer and keeping them shopping in store and local, not online (which is unfortunately where I will now be buying my boots, because of the poor experience I had)... This is also not the first time I have had a bad experience in this store, just the first time I decided to speak up about it. I will not be shopping (or attempting to shop) here again, and that is sad because I am all about shopping small and local, because my business is small and local...

I am very happy I did, as the quality is by far superior to the best at Marks. The service was excellent as well. I strongly suggest you take a look here before making work clothing purchases at Marks. Thank you I will be back.

The prices are good and selection is excellent. They carry different style shirts I haven’t been able to find anywhere else in Canada.
