I was very worried starting my grad dress shopping experience and Danielle was so kind and helpful and made me feel so comfortable while trying on dresses! I’m so happy I found my grad dress at this store and will definitely be recommending Once Upon a Bride to my friends for buying their grad dress! With dresses needing a few months to arrive, I started frantically dress shopping trying to find my dress before it was too late to order it in. Danielle was beyond accomodating with last minute appointment times and very knowledgable about her product. She was so kind, encouraging and professional. They had a wonderful selection of bridal gowns and bridesmaid dresses. I highly reccomend this store for any bride, bridesmaid or grad looking for a positive experience.

My consultant was amazing , she made me feel comfortable , after trying on a few dresses she got the idea what I looked best in , what I felt more comfortable in , what I liked and did not like. I highly highly recommend once upon a bride when looking for your wedding dress.

I really hate shopping for myself because I have major body issues and I was super nervous for this appointment, but as soon as me and my wedding party got there it was an amazing experience. Ashley Spencer took such good care of us and she made the experience so much fun!! Ashley made me feel like we had known each other for years and she really tuned into what I was looking for in a dress before I completely knew. She really helped me work through all the style dresses I thought I would like. All the choices she picked for me were stunning and in the end, I said yes to my dress and I couldn’t be happier!! She never once rushed me into making a decision and we had the entire store to ourselves. I just want to thank Ashley and her coworker for making this such a positive experience. You ladies really made me feel special and I really can’t thank you enough!! <3

I thought it would be scary finding my wedding dress during the pandemic but as soon as I stepped in everyone was so welcoming and my appointment was focused on me, they weren’t going anywhere else, full attention was to me during the appointment. They gave expert advice and helped me find the perfect wedding dress. I can’t wait to wear it on my special day! And excitingly my dress came super earlier than expected and they let me know as soon as it came in. Even when I phoned in everyone was super friendly and helpful! Wonderful service and really liked everyone at Once Upon a Bride! I recommend them to anyone!!
