Sales person was very knowledgeable and kind. Great selection and customer service.

I asked for help with one of the rings at the Pandora area. I asked to see a specific ring and the woman kept showing us other rings. I had to tell her about twice that I wanted to see the ring of our choice. She overheard us discussing basketball in my private conversation. Her response "oh, you don't want to wear this for basketball" She somehow decided to show us random rings to try on that she felt was suitable versus the one we had asked to see. I had to insist after seeing the one we wanted in the size we wanted to try it on. She decided that we knew nothing about storage of rings and assumed that I knew nothing about Pandora. It was our decision not to buy as you know what they say about people who "assume". Pandora is sold everywhere. There's a much nicer way to communicate. We've all survived some very difficult times but I don't really think that these people are ready for customers. I'm not sure that the store should run on the concept of thinking that they know exactly what their customers know. Needless to say I will not return there nor do I want a response from the owner. My ask is that they treat customers fairly regardless of what they think they know. It simply seems like this woman thought she knew more either because of race or age. We're all humans and kindness is free keep your judgment elsewhere. Ps. I appreciate your advice on sizing but it is not your place to judge or think you know what we already know. Let your customers choose what they want and regulate how they will use the items because not all of us are idiots wearing jewelry while we play sports as you may think.

A wonderful experience from start to end! Beautiful and unique products, and wonderful staff. I appreciate the safety protocols in place and will continue to support Bradshaws and like minded business' who put their customers first!

This cute store has beautiful items that are elegant and high quality. I love to shop here with my family whenever we visit Stratford (which is often, haha) and I always enjoy the experience. If you happen to be in the area, do not miss Bradshaw's!! It is truly an incredible store.

The second best reason to visit Stratford is the theatres. Bradshaw's is perfection!

This is a beautiful higher end store that literally had a little of everything. From food to plates, Christmas decorations, coffee makers, books and more. I spent over an hour just walking around looking. If you are in the area definately a place to check out. Of note, they had gluten free options for different worldly flavours, a nice surprise. #gf #glutenfree #localguides
