She was sure to manage the expectations of everyone that came in the door and everyone was completing understanding. She really went above and beyond. I definitely recommend this Tom Harris Cellular location and if you are so lucky to deal with Kaleigh, you won’t be disappointed!

Someone came and helped me quickly.
She gave me a couple options to choose rrom after asking what I was looking for. The key thing was finding out how much memory I was currently using and then getting me a phone that had at least that much something I wouldn’t have thought he of.
She set up the new phone for me.
I had to do very little. Whenever I didn’t know a password she had a work around so the whole process went very smoothly even tho ouch it did take a while.
The only downside was for the other customers who came in afterwards as the employee serving me took around 45 minutes. I felt bad but that is just the nature of the business - it often takes a long time to get everything set up.

I left with a new phone plus I decided to give my old phone to my Granddaughter and she helped set that up for her. I left a happy customer and my Granddaughter was so excited when I gave my phone to her.
