β β β β β I have been dealing with Open Connection for several years now, especially CHELSEA. She is absolutely AMAZING!!! I cannot give her enough PRAISE!! She is SO friendly & knowledgeable. I work late and do not have a long lunch, so she offered for me to leave my old cell with her and she would get my new cell all set up. All I had to do at the end of the day is pick it up. She took ALL the stress OUT of the equation. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart

I appreciated this gentleman advice and his efforts so much.
Also I appreciate their customer service so much as well.

β β β β β Oh I just had the absolute best of the best customer service from the darling Marrissa, she was so knowledgeable, kind and patient. I've bought many cell phones and tablets, and I absolutely despise trying to deal with the different branches , and I really didn't want to go but had no choice since I dropped my brand new cell in the fish tank, wonder if the fish got good reception haha, anyways I recommend Marrissa to my family and friends and thank goodness there's kind friendly clear English speaking people like her around....you go girl!!!

β β β β β This young woman took time (in a non busy shop) to get my new phone set up, and taught me how to use it, and how to connect my tablet to it as a hot spot, and many other things. As an elderly person I appreciated her time and kindness. This is the type of employee who will bring customers to your shop. And, the person she was training was also very kind.
