★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is amazing. I am a 50year old woman. I am not a stoner. They made me feel very comfortable upon entering. The woman assisting my selection was very knowledgeable. Smoking it is not my thing. I was interested in items to help with relaxing before falling asleep. I had been taking Advil every night but now a single spray of THC before bed is all I need. The products I selected were of very good quality. Will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean store but staff weren’t very helpful, stood infront of a display for quite awhile and noone offered assistance, went up to the counter to ask about a product I wanted to buy but felt as though I was bothering them. Seems more like a place to go if you already know what you want and how to use it. Ended up leaving, probably better to go online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store was clean, sleek & modern with iPads to look up strain information and many available, friendly staff. Products come wrapped in a little box with a travel stamp which is handy. Unfortunately, the prices are higher than other dispensaries or mail order delivery, $51 for 3.5 grams. The manager did not seem to know much about strains when asked simple questions. Overall a positive experience, maybe prices will come down in time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The absolute worst, disgusting staff member works here. Had to unfortunately deal with him twice for less than what I paid for in marijuana or broken products (a dab pen) and he did not understand English when letting him know the battery is not working after 12 hours of owning the device. He has no people skills & I will definitely be sticking to Herb & Smoke where customer service is 10/10 and product is 10/10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are great. Nice variety of products. The layout is a little tight. The prices are a little high (no pun intended). Being able to pick and choose buds to fit your budget. I go thru an O week.. about 600 to 700 bucks a month. So I'm picky about my smoke. A perfect fit for the chronic.

Only downside is that they are under stocked, and they don't have many strains available at one time, which is bound to be fixed in time.
