Last time I was sent to voicemail, it was for the same reason as normal: customer volume is too great, we can't pick up" didn't seem that way to me when I went in there about three minutes later. Do you people even know what a phone is or how to use it? This is getting annoying.

I have not thought about switching from TD since I opened an account from them and the staff at this location are always very friendly and kind to me. It's also nice to see that small community feel within the location as well. I like going to places that make me comfortable and everyone there has always done just that.
S	Stephen Peterson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are never open at times that allow a working class person to deposit cheques or do banking without missing work. My girlfriend has been having her paycheques held each and every time they are deposited into the ATM (even though it happens every two weeks for the past 3 years) so even weekends aren't doable. When confronted about it, not only did they provide zero help or suggestions, but they generally had an attitude of "who cares". This is the single worst banking institution I've ever witnessed, I would not recommend them to anyone for any reason.

It's genuinely frustrating, I can't make it into town on the week days and this has continously messed up my banking. Every other bank is open on a Saturday, why this location is special I have no idea.
