I called BCAA to get my car battery boosted. Nate showed up shortly after and helped me boost my car. I mentioned to him an ongoing issue I’ve had with my car since I purchased it used. Without missing a beat he offered to help me out and asked me about the issue. Nate went above and beyond in helping me fix this car issue. It was a huge weight off my shoulders. I was very grateful.

With hours being reduced and their policy of only allowing one person per bubble into the premises at a time, I am afraid I took my business to another insurance broker. My wife made an appointment only to be told that either she or I would be admitted at a time. Since we are a 'bubble' and we observe COVID provincial health regulations, the one person policy for a family doesn't make any sense -- especially, in an office the size of this one. Sorry, BCAA, you blew it.

Great Service but just disappointed that your physical office is not open at least on a Saturday or before or after office hours 9-5pm just to accommodate people who has 9am-5pm jobs specially if they want to go in person..be open at least 8-6 or 9-6 or 8am to 5pm if your not open on a weekend...

Terrible communication. No way to speak to anyone locally and the 1-800 phone system had me on hold for 25 minutes before I hung up and went to Sussex Insurance where I had little wait time and friendly helpful face to face service. I will not be going back to BCAA for my future Insurance needs.

BCAA is a great example of a business that is making things more difficult in these trying times. I hope the public will recognize this and find other places to do the business they would normally do with BCAA. I got an email from them a few days ago reminding me my car insurance was up for renewal and best to do it by phone with them. If I had to by appointment in person was an alternative and they were open 10-4. So spend an hour and 10 minutes on hold to finally get a person but at that point my lunch break is over and I can't renew my insurance while I'm working..... I work 9 to 5. Even if I did manage to get it done over the phone I would still have to wait for the sticker to get mailed to me. Long story short I went somewhere else that had better hours where I could renew after 5pm and walkin in person get the business done and have my sticker in 1/2 hour. I've been a BCAA gold member for well over a decade now but I think all of my business with BCAA will come to and end this year. Support businesses that support you in these challenging times and the ones that don't will hopefully just fade away.

This office seems to be permanently closed now. There were No replies to 3 messages to schedule appointment to pick up some maps. Others had the same issue. Although there was one person working in the office, they didn’t answer the door for a line of people. I am sorry to see they have shut down. I am questioning renewing my membership-they seem to be shutting down. what happens if I have a roadside emergency?

I was helped by Devon Hamersley, manager and her trainee Sydney Dewitt. I was shown how to save money yet improve my coverage on my auto and home insurance. I have had bcaa insurance for 40 years.
