Fantastic service. Cheri & Shawn were able to get me into a fantastic Ford Fusion which meets and exceeds both my needs and wants, while meeting the payments I wanted. Fantastic, helpful, friendly and honest staff who were willing to go above and beyond to help me - staying late several days so that I could meet with them. 10/10 - I'll definitely be coming back for my next vehicle! Furthermore, their parts staff is always extremely helpful and friendly to deal with.

Bought a used truck from here a few weeks ago and the entire experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Cheri was my sales woman and she was fine to deal with while I was looking at trucks and working out a deal for mine. I got a decent price on a really nice truck. (Besides telling me that sport mode is for men and that I wouldn’t use it - seriously, what the heck??) However, after I bought the truck all customer service went out the window. The truck had wheel locks and a tailgate lock (to prevent theft of tailgate) installed when I bought it. Neither key was given to me at the time I picked up the truck, which is something that should have been dealt with before I ever even purchased it. It took about a week for Cheri to get me the wheel lock key. I waited and waited and waited for her to find the tailgate key for me, had to text/call her over and over and was reassured time and time again she was working on it. After 3.5 weeks of waiting and 2 weeks of not hearing from her, I got fed up and finally called and asked to speak to someone else. In 2 days of dealing with Shawn in the service dept. I was able to get the old lock cut off and a new one installed free of charge, with a new key to go with. Besides the ladies at the front desk, he was the only person in the whole dealership I even remotely enjoyed dealing with. He was great. Shawn the finance manager straight up lied to me thinking that I didn’t know what a tailgate lock was for, telling me that they’re stupid and useless in his opinion blah blah blah, and tried to tell me it was to lock the tailgate when I know full well it’s to prevent the tailgate from being taken off, just so they could avoid giving me a new one free of charge. Overall, bad experience. Won’t be buying another vehicle from here.

Anyone walking through there, I would highly recommend dealing with Kay. She is very friendly, personable, easy going and will do her very best to help out. My overall experience dealing with her and with the dealership in general was very pleasant.

"Wow" Whitecourt Ford is amazing. We can't believe how great the team at Whitecourt Ford treated us, from the young lady Carla at the front desk and the Salesman David, the Sales Manager Mike, and the Finance and Warranty Manager Kris also the Service Manager Ron. I commend these team members that we met for their courteous and professional knowledge in helping us make a great deal in purchasing an awesome used truck 2017 Ford F150. Over the past 50+ years that I have dealt with dealerships Whitecourt Ford has come in at #1. We got a great deal to begin with and then they threw in some extras for us. Because the truck has so many bells and Whistles, the Salesman David took the time to show my wife most of the necessary electronic features that comes with the truck. Mike the Sales Manager was also outstanding. He was able to answer all of our questions that we had concerning the truck plus more info that was important for us. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle my advice is before you buy, take the time to look at what Whitecourt Ford has to offer. You could be surprised at what they have to offer!!

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE DEPT!!!!!! Took them 5 weeks to diagnose a bad PCM and DEF pump and then they hit us full MSRP pricing on parts. The PCM was warranty work but a new key, DEF pump, and labor cost us $3834.00 and no rebate even though their incompetent Techs couldn't find the issue. Poor Service but even worst customer service came from the Ford Factory representative.

The staff and management were extremely helpful and fair in our trade-in and finding the right truck for us. With new owners and management I believe all who are looking to trade and or buy will be happy with the new and improved Whitecourt Ford Dealership! Thank- you Conrad and Nad for all your help!

They remove the transmission for repairs on my 2019 SD. On the install they forgot to tighten the starter bolts properly. Causing the bolts to shear off in the block of the motor. They were willing to fix the truck but on they way back from Edson ford for some oil pan leaks repair the motor blew up due to things ford is not willing to tell me. long story short they can sell them but they can’t fix them.
