Installed tires on my vehicle so badly that after less than 10km of driving one was on the verge of falling off and the rest were not close to being torqued properly. Even replaced a lug with one measured in imperial, on a vehicle done entirely on metric. Tried to pass the buck to the service station across the road, claiming they made the change and thats how the car came to them. Classy. Don't know how they managed to do that with me sitting in the drivers seat while the oil gets changed. I had torqued them the previous winter and every nut was fine, the new one was too small to turn properly. Didn't have much to say when I pressed him about how upset I was that the tires weren't on securely. I refused to let him work on the car, didn't feel like risking further damage from shoddy worksmanship. He showed me the door not wanting to deal with my complaints about loose tires and me being upset with the poor quality of work. Fine, there's other places in town. tl;dr: OK Tire is garbage, go somewhere else.

With an hours notice after hitting a pothole on my way from Red Deer, I was in the door for a wheel alignment, and out in under an hour, and on my way. If it weren't for them, I would not have made it to Fort St John for work that afternoon. They were kind, courteous, and very professional in their work. Their prices were very fair also. Highly recommended!

The agreed to how it was to be done and did their own thing. Also notice the only part of my bumper rusting is where they did their work. Serious regret having my bumper ruined by the Whitecourt OK tire. Lesson learned

We pulled in at 4:30 pm, half an hour from closing. They went above and beyond to get us on the road, all the staff put their heads together to figure out a solution. It took a couple hours, but we were once again safely on the road at no charge. I will be forever grateful for their professionalism and generosity. Thank you, you might have actually saved her life as she was ambulanced to the hospital only hours after getting home.
