N	Nere Dali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get my flu shot because it says walk-ins are accepted but No thats a lie when I got there the pharmacist was with excuses that they have certain hours depending on who is working in pharmacy that day he also told me that I would have to come back until Monday if I wanted a shot. Don't understand why I would have to wait two days if they have vaccines
D	Dean P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall good experience, but they need to get rid of the displayers on the floor in the aisles to allow for better social distancing. It makes it feel very congested, especially when someone is trying to get around you while you’re looking for a product on the shelf. The girl in cosmetics was lovely and helping anyone she could. Great job their. The rest of the staff ... not quite so much. Overall, it was a decent experience. Just unclog the aisles.

s	samfairac on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ lately, getting any kind of service at the Pharmacy takes anywhere from a half-hour to an hour. i dunno if it's because there's a lack of staff, or what. there usually is quite a few people working at the same time, yet i'm left to sit around and wait for, what feels like, a crazy amount of time. it seems the quality has dropped in recent months. EDIT: after waiting an hour for my perscription, i get home to find out that they messed it up and didn't even give me the amount i paid for. no one at the counter said anything to me about a shortage of pills, or lack of product. absolutely unnaceptable.
L	Lol “WYGBLT” on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get my prescriptions tonight...needed to talk to pharmasist..he said I will be right with you...no worries I said..then a few minutes later he says you'll be waiting awhile as I have 2 people waiting on the phone and a customer waiting over there. Why was he the only one working when they know they are always backed up and why are the pharmacists (not the helpers) so rude to people!?? If you're stressed out because you need help then ask for some! I am changing back to shoppers on Ontario st. where Paul and his crew have it together.
N	Nicole MacCormick on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a recovering addict on the methadone program close to finishing the program at that, i stopped at this shoppers today in regards to an allergy/post nasal drip problem and asked the pharmacist about anything i can take to help with it, she asked if i was on any meds and gave her the 4 meds i take including methadone. As soon as i mentioned her tone changed with me instantly, head shaking and eye contact gone while telling me im NOT ALLOWED to take any otc meds. When I walked away, For the first time since i started the program i almost felt like I was a full blown addict again. I will never enter this shoppers again.
T	Trudie Carlesso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just experienced my third issue with being promised delivery of crucial meds and then they forget to deliver and the delivery person had already left (time before this my husband went to pick up for me and the delivery person was just leaving, they lied). I have covid, my husband has covid and I have breathing issues as a result and really needed this puffer. They wouldn't do anything to help, just asked if I could get a neighbour to come pick it up. I threatened to come myself and bring covid into the store when they said if we came we can call when there and they would bring it out. I vowed the last time this happened to move to another pharmacy and am upset with myself for not doing so.

We overheard him speaking to a customer and he took great care to give her all relevant information about her prescriptions. He showed patience in all his interactions. I highly recommend this pharmacy as all staff were hard-working and professional.
