I dealt with this company for 13 yrs, had no problems until the last year when suddenly they were charging me delivery fees for the same products i had been getting all those years. Received a bill for 2 moths worth of delivery fees that they neglected to make me aware of when I ordered the supplies, delivery man didnt ask about payment, which should be part of his job. When I called to ask about the bill, I was lied to, they harrassed my ODSP worker, lying to them about how I refused to pay for delivery fees they never told me i owed. All they care about is making a buck off of people who need supplies they cant live without, instead of caring about the individuals needs. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless. Guy was rude and ignorant. Walked in and no staff were wearing masks. They submitted bill to insurance without fitting a brace. Once payment was made they told us the brace would have to be ordered in and would take another week. This brace was needed immediately for an unstable kneecap after a knee dislocation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star because they were able to find what I needed in the store. It was a hot/cold gel pad for my wife. The one I bought was sealed in plastic and sealed again in a zip lock type bag. It was larger than the one she wanted so I went in to exchange it for a smaller one. I was told that "due to Covid" it could not be returned... not even unopened in TWO bags of sealed plastic. I was told this was store policy so I have to believe that it basically applies to everything in the store sold by Home Health as my item could easily have been sprayed and returned. IT WAS SEALED... twice ! SO warning to all potential customers.... you can't take anything back to this store so make absolutely sure it is exactly what you want. I am getting really tired of stores and other service businesses using Covid as an excuse of not doing their job properly or no longer offering basic services one would normally get pre-Covid. Like returning unopened items. We've been here for two years now.
Figure it out Home Health. I will just shop at Amazon next time rather than shop locally. I can return most things there.
