I was able to easily book a next business day appointment online to identify the problem I was having with the driver's window. Within a day, they had identified and repaired the problem and completed other work I needed to be done. Great Work!

We’ve been there, they helped us with our oil pump and more stuff, costs 1500 bucks. Took 5 days to repair and after our first ride we had another problem caused by the pump. So we called them again but they told us it wouldn’t be their fault. So we went to another mechanic who knew immediately what the problem was, so thanks to mean auto we had to pay another 200 bucks because of their mistake.

I was very impressed by the team at KEAN! I was able to book an Interprovincial Vehicle Inspection with them on short notice and they looked after my baby like family! Very accommodating and professional, they went over the car from and to end, the technician was very careful and knowledgeable. They did whatever was needed to make me happy and earn my business, I will be back! A++

Absolutely amazing service at a price that won’t kill you cheapest ab best around. They were super kind understanding an patient. Communication was amazing an answered any an all questions!! They truly went above an beyond an I am happy to be continuing being a customer!!!… highly recommend.

I brought my car in for a diagnostic test today for challenges with the HVAC system. Given the symptoms, I had a feeling it might be complicated. After it was checked out by the mechanic(s), it was determined that my best bet would be to take it directly to Volvo to ensure the necessary parts would be available and that the work would be done by someone with the appropriate resources. While it is, of course, a bummer to be told "not this time", I have the utmost respect for this response. We aren't all capable of doing everything and knowing our limitations is crucial. What is more is that they didn't even charge me for their time (which would have been reasonable). Thank you for the excellent customer service. I will certainly be thinking of Kean's first the next time I'm in a pickle.

KEAN guided me through some complicated and stressful truck issues with ease, professionalism, and patience! They use an online system to send the diagnostics report. I’ve never seen another shop do this, and it’s AMAZING!!!! The report includes photos, notes, and even videos that explain why the fix or issue is important. The owner obviously wants customers to be informed about the whole process and this transparency built trust as well as a better understanding of my vehicle. Sonia was so lovely to talk to on the phone- very helpful and patient. Phil was the mechanic who worked on my vehicle and the notes he left were detailed and informative. Can’t recommend this shop enough!

I have built a relationship with Keans now over the past 3-4 years and to date they have done wonders on my truck and my car, whenever there is an issue they get it done fast and thorough. Their communication is excellent and everyone that works there from front desk , manager to the mechanics are all wonderful people and very understanding. Just recently I had gotten very ill while my Mercedes was with the team as they were working on it. My wife did the communicating and she said they were very understanding about storage of my vehicle and having an outstanding bill and more concerned about my well being, little things like this go a long ways for me. I would highly recommend them for all your servicing needs.
