★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was given an estimate of $860 to have a wheelbearing replaced. Invoiced for $1300, a full 50% higher than the estimate because they had forgotten to price out two key parts. No phone call to inform me of the mistake, and only found out when the car was picked up. They apologised, but didn't offer even a small discount off of future work or anything to make up for the mistake. Super disappointed with the customer service here, will not be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Capable, Honest & Thorough!! A few years after we moved here, a tow truck driver told us Wade's is "the" place for transmission work on our diesel truck. We have never gone elsewhere since. Not only are they excellent mechanically, but so ethical.
One time, the estimate was "up to $600," but Wade found a "work around" that he thought would work--cleaning a part instead of replacing. While we were prepared for $600, and may not have known the parts were not replaced, he billed us $60.
That's just the kind of shop owner and staff I want in my corner, especially with older vehicles. The rest of the staff is great, too. We will continue to refer friends and family to Wade and Mike for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wade and his shop are awesome! My son and I beat the heck out of our Jeeps and are constantly modifying suspensions, so we take them to Wade's for alignments. He always does a great job, and never tries to sell you stuff you don't need. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At 120$/hour I should have been to the dealership! The work was done, but I had to come back to reconnect the rear camera that had been disconnected on purpose and they haven't even told me about that. 230$ to fix a trailer 4 pin plug on a vehicle sounds expensive to my knowledge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my regular mechanic. No nonsense. Reasonable pricing. Sometimes they have the ability to squeeze you in if urgent but it's much better to make an appointment. I've never been nervous or felt ripped off as a woman going in there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved to hear from one of their young employees that he was driving my 500 horsepower car with no traction control on. Probably not a good idea to tell the customer their car is extremely fast...
130$ for botched alignment that was done completely wrong. Brought to Mercedes Benz nanaimo to be corrected properly. and they were amazed how wrong they did it here. Didn't even calibrate air suspension.
Why work on AMG'S if you have no idea how to work on an AMG...deny me the work rather than screw me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the beginning of August of 2021 we brought our car in for tires and to solve a vibration and slight pull to the left. We very clearly requested All Weather tires due to us living where we got a fair amount of snow, and that we wanted the vibration solved. They neither fixed the vibration, or sold my wife All Weather tires. Instead they replaced a CV boot, did a wheel alignment, and sold my wife atrocious Cooper Rs3-g1 high performance All Season tires that have no snowflake on them at all. Instead of acknowledging the issues and trying to help us out in any way, they have repeatedly told me that "they've never had any complaints about Cooper Tires", and that "they're actually All Weather tires not all seasons"(this is demonstrably false). After a handful of times of them telling me they'll call back and not doing so, they just gave me Cooper Tires corporate number and basically told me to figure it out myself. They took advantage of my wife, and left us to pay for it.
