First my vehicle (2019) Honda Pilot Black Edition, was taken for almost a month from us due to electrical issues. Now over half a dozen times the vehicle leaves my family stranded and unable to start. Bought the seven year extended warranty thank goodness. BUT last time they charged $140 because battery issues aren’t covered. Told I left a light on and insinuated I was a liar when I said that’s impossible. Then they told my wife there was no record of any past problems. Then wife was told we obviously got a lemon. Oh. Car just died again, I’m in camp so family is stranded again. So much for customer service. Dana Check from Campbell River via camp. New update. After numerous times looking at my pilot, Campbell River looked at it. Battery failed test so they changed it out. Problem hasn’t happened again. Lol. Good luck people.

They were patient with our questions, and respected our budget. We were looking for a Ridgeline, and with such a shortage of these vehicles, they put more effort than humanly possible into trying to come up with a mutual compromise. Unfortunately, after much investigation, phone calls, and follow ups, they were unable to find what we were looking for. Their effort is to be commended though.

The entire transaction took less than 48 hours to complete and was done entirely online through email and over the phone. A painless process. A refreshing change compared to the high pressure dealerships here in the lower mainland. Definitely worth the drive to Courtenay!
