OK Tire

I'm not one for writing reviews on google, but I felt like I should share my recent experience with OK Tire to hopefully make sure nobody gets scammed by them. I took my car in to get a full inspection done, being particularly concerned about a rattling noise coming from the front left side of my car. After what felt like a bit of a rushed inspection, they told me that I needed new ball joints and control arms, and that they could get them in in 4-6 weeks. Seemed like a long time to wait for a pretty simple part, but I thought whatever, let's do it. 5 weeks later I still haven't heard from them, so I sent an email asking whether they had an eta for the parts and was told that they couldn't give me an eta. No problem, I'll wait. 3 more weeks go by and I sent another email politely asking if they had any updates since it was way past the original time frame and I was eager to get my car fixed. This time they didn't bother to respond. After giving them two weeks to respond to my email, I got fed up and took my car to a different mechanic, who informed me that they could get the control arms in in 2 days, but after taking a look at my car they quickly realized that the sound had nothing to do with my ball joints (which were all totally fine) and was actually coming from the calliper. My assumption is that OK Tire knew that they botched the inspection and were telling me that they were waiting on parts to buy themselves time to figure out how they were going to dig themselves out of the hole that they had dug without admitting that they messed up. By going to a different mechanic I not only got the problem solved in a matter of days rather than months, but I also saved myself almost $1500 that I would have spent fixing a problem that didn't exist.

Ok Tire got me in quickly and didn’t balk at all when I later added a few more items to the repair list. They looked over my car and had me on the road on time. Thanks folks, you are awesome!

Thanks to the crew at OK Tire! They were a big help getting my new tires on my baby and doing a wheel alignment on a classic car, not something every shop can do these days! Whenever possible they got my stuff done in the absolute least possible amount of time, but delivered quality work and saved me some headaches. So impressed with this shop! Thanks!

I have previously purchased tires at this location, and happened to get a flat tire (from a nail on the road) about five minutes away today. I called OK tire about my predicament, and they (Dave specifically) saved the day by driving over, filling my tire with enough air that I could make it to their location, and then patching the tire. This all took less than an hour. I’ll definitely be back for more services.

I called them less than 2 hours before their closing time with a flat tire, and they took my tire right away and had it fixed in under 30 minutes! The staff were friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. Thank you guys so much for helping me right before the giant snowstorm.

Was in a bind while travelling, on a Friday of a long weekend. My vehicle had some potentially serious issues. Had a hard time finding someone who had the ability to help out. Dave from OK Tire was amazing! Busy as they were, he helped us out and we were back up and running in a few hours and long weekend continues with no further stress While waiting, I heard him bail out some other folks as well.
