★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not overly helpful, seemed more judgemental than anything. I went there because it was referred and I won't be doing that again. If I knew what was wrong I wouldn need to take it in to someone else. I went with information given to me not answers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Above and beyond customer service and I only ordered rims. I highly recommend bringing your business to this place. I will in the future for sure. Even gave my mother a flower to brighten her day since the rims don't fit in my car she drove me in her SUV.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Travelling from Powell River to Nanaimo. Just off the ferry and could hear some squealing coming from the rear tire. Stopped at Tireland for assistance. This place was hopping busy but Rick went above and beyond to get us back on the road again. Rick and staff were absolutely amazing. They were able to diagnose the problem and get us back on the road again in less than two hours… and we even received a couple of carnations as we departed. Highly recommend… will not be disappointed!

They are honest & straight forward which was very refreshing after having huge issues at the glossy tire shop down the road. The tech identifies right away what was happening to my tires. This is where I’ll be getting all my tires and tire work done from here out.
