Online booking system will not let me log in to make an appointment. Does anyone check these voicemails and return them? It says specifically on the message to leave a voicemail to book an appointment.
J	Jackson Middleton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Showed up at 2:50pm, was 12th in line, they close at 4:30pm. No movement until they closed and locked the doors at 4:30. A lady did come out after they closed and booked appointments for the following Friday. Absolute non-sense. Government understaffed. I'm sure they are nice people, but the overall organization is terrible.

FAILURE on 3 sides of a Taxi Driver License. Avoid! Let's face it.:.The path to a Taxi Driver's license is frustrating and oppressive.

Said i didnt shoulder check whem i turned right even tho i made sure i did everytime it was in my mind the whole time to shoulder check she lied. Then told me to turn left too late i missed the turning lane then said i turned from wrong lane but there wasnt any way i could get in that lane we past it already!!!! She seemed very happy to let me know i failed. I scanned the area before reversing she said i didnt but i wouldnt go back without checking my surroundings. She shouldnt work this job she seems very unhappy made me uncomfortable.
T	TrueTwoYou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If i could rate 0 i would. The drivers test lady was so horrible, yelling at me for going when i had right of way, failed me for nothing. Definetly dont recomend. DO NOT TAKE YOUR TEST HERE.
D	Daniel O'Brien on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made an appointment to renew my license and services cards weeks in advance through a very convoluted and exasperating process. Showed up on the day 5 minutes early as requested and was told there was a half hour wait. I was confused but figured there was a back log, it happens. Went and waited then came back when I didn't get any notice of being next in line, mentioned that I had made an appointment and the receptionist said she didn't know I had. Sat for a few more minutes and got an email reminding me about my appointment, in which I was instructed to inform the receptionist I had made the appointment. Very frustrating as a 15 minute appointment became an hour out of my day. Why bother making an appointment if the system the receptionist sees doesn't tell them about it. Actual business of renewing my cards went very smoothly and staff were professional and courteous.
S	Stephen Peterson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your typical government office, friendly but incredibly slow and off putting staff, unreasonable wait times, a constant flow of total nonsense all wrapped up into a poorly lit and uncomfortable office. This so far has been my worst experience with any government office. Would be worthwhile to consider going elsewhere, perhaps another province or country.
