★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been trying to register a truck for the last week, hours are not accurate, no longer open on Sat. What is wrong with you people? Some people have jobs and cant get in before between 9 am and 4 pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick. Girl at till was not pleasant at all. Didn't even look at dates on my insurance before renewal of plates. Assumed it was ok I guess since I had pink slips out! Not impressed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This office is not your typical government office. They are very helpful, polite and go above and beyond to help you. As there is only one Service Ontario site in Stratford, be prepared to wait a bit but the staff do their best to serve people as quickly as possible in sequential order. Remember to take a number when you first walk in the door. Overall though, a great experience every time.

Having the pleasure of dealing with “Leah” twice in a month I was impressed. Super fast and extremely pleasant - working with a smile on her face. Well done Leah!
