★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy with this tea shop! I bought loose leaf LaPacho chai from them a year ago. I combined it with Milk Oolong tea (just out of curiosity) and very quickly fell in love, and consumed it faster than was necessary. I had been jonesing for the same combination for months and months, so I decided to order some just this last Sunday, to spoil myself for my very isolated upcoming birthday. Despite this whole virus madness, they sent it out immediately and I received it right on time for my birthday! They didn’t use excessive packaging, as many other companies unfortunately do, and they included samples directly related to the two types of teas I got. Very thoughtful, very speedy, and very tasty! Thank you so much Distinctly Teas Stratford, you made my very isolated birthday special and delicious, and I am ever-so grateful ❤️

I haven't been able to find an herbal blend of pumpkin spice tea as most are black teas, but she had it...my friend has had to order red rose petal tea from England cause she's been unable to find it...and this store had it. Forget David's Tea...this place is where it's at. #supportlocal!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having once written a glowing review previously, all that has changed. I was a customer for almost 10yrs. A recent shipment went missing. Instead of resending the package until it was sorted out, I was treated with sarcasm, mistrust and a potential liar and/or thief. Guess what, Diane used the wrong apt#. Never again. Who needs more business during covid? Not Diane. The response from the owner reveals that you just don't get it. You caused a lot of time and effort on my part to try and figure out what was your error. My wasted time far exceeds the refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The main reason I visit Stratford. An appealing and quaint store inside and out. The owner and staff are what brings me back. They are quality humans. Always a satisfying experience and tasty teas. Beautiful pots and cups as well. Very highly recommend a visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful shop with a great variety of teas, some not found readily elsewhere. And the Polish pottery selection is fabulous. When the Canadian border re-opens, this American (Midwest) will be back shopping. Happy New Year to the owners with a hope we can be back this summer

There was a bit of a mixup with our order (the contents of the tea didn't match the description on the website) and Dianne patiently answered all of our questions and solved our problem immediately by issuing a refund. Do try their Christmas Cookie Rooibos tea — it's out of this world and made our house smell like New Year's Eve back in my childhood days.
