This place is super busy with long lineups especially on the weekends. It was totally worth the wait. Loved the drink and macarons. Yet to try other flavours but this was “QQ Passion fruit Juice” and it was Yum?.

I'm a little frustrated with my order... the service was great and the employees were super sweet but my order got messed up and it was 50$. I ended up with 5 drinks instead of 3 because I felt uncomfortable having them refund me because it was super busy and it all just felt very hectic... anyways 2 out of the 3 had no sweetener which I ended up having the throw away....

I ordered a hot and a cold chai time milk tea and when my order was ready i saw the both drinks Had the same sealed lid and the employee gave me straws for both cold and then HOT drink. While receiving the order i asked the employee that why does the hot drink not have a regular lid because its very difficult to drink a hot drink with a straw the employee did not gave an explanation but he removed the sealed lid and added a lid of bigger sized cup to my drink which was not a good idea as i ended up spilling the drink in my car. If the store does not have cups and lids for any size I believe that you can put that size out of stock or atleast you could have asked me if i wanted to change my drink i blame the management for this issue more then the staff.

One female employee here is completely brainless. Made an online order for pickup and after ages of not getting my one drink, I asked about it. They said they hadn't seen it (despite serving 2 other online orders before me) and will get to it after serving everyone in the queue. Asked to cancel and refund my order because I could not wait any longer but they refused, so I had to leave without a drink nor refund. Chatime please don't hire workers without common sense, it's not that hard.

I go to chatime often and I've been to this location several times. Wait is always a little slower but the drinks are consistent.

My low sugar order was not made correctly and when I informed the employee that my drink was too sweet and not drinkable, I was told “we only follow recipes”. I was asked to pay again if I wanted it remade. I ended up discarding the entire drink instead of getting my drink fixed by them. Aside from my order being made incorrectly, it was off-putting to see employees put on hand creams while making drinks. Please do better.

This time v tried ordering smthing differnt from their signature drinks. We ordered: 1. Jasmine jade milk tea( was just not good) 2.Taro with pudding(it was good one) 3.Thai milk tea wit pearls(oppsy it was disaster) This s al ma personal taste. Maybe those who are really into tea flavors might lik it more.

I went to the Chatime at the University and King location around dinner time on a weekday. I haven’t been here in a while, but I liked the new additions they added like the neon sign with the seating area around it and the kiosk machines that make it easier to order rather than standing there and telling the server. I got the tea of the month which was the Jasmine Jade ($5 without toppings) and I added brown sugar pearls (additional $0.90). I didn’t like the milk tea all the much because it wasn’t strong enough for me, but I could taste the tea flavour. The tapioca wasn’t bad either and I could taste the brown sugar. The drink was only okay, I still prefer their roasted milk teas that are much richer. The server that was handing out drinks was very kind and kept an upbeat attitude despite it being busy and some customers weren’t that happy. The drink took too long for bubble tea in my opinion, it took about 15 minutes and there were 5 workers. Two were in the back and weren’t helping out, one was taking orders and two were making drinks (one periodically handed the drinks out). I think they could be more efficient if everyone was helping out and if they were better organized. My drink was ready for a while sitting behind the counter, but they didn’t call my order for some reason. I could tell that some customers waited longer than I did and were starting to get frustrated. Overall, my experience was only okay because the drink was mediocre and the wait time was too long. But I liked their interior, their line friend cups and the waiter handing out drinks was very friendly!
