★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a chicken shawarma that was INCREDIBLE! The chicken was shaved right in front of me and so fresh and tender, all the veggies taste fresh and the garlic sauce is soooo much better then the other shawarma places in waterloo. The lady working there was so nice and friendly, she allowed me to make customizations to my wrap that made it amazing. Hope this place never changes the way they serve customers. I’ll be a life long customer of Sultans Waterloo, no more Lazeez ever again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4/5 delicious ? scrumptious ? good portion and quality chicken shawarma platter. highly recommend to try this out. Chill and helpful guys, good customer support. I don't know why others give low rarings , may be conflict of interest.
Definitely try burgers and poutine next time.

The food portions are world class and would give Gordon Ramsay a run for his money.
Apart from the quantity being so satisfying and abundant, the quality of the food will have planning your next purchase. I highly recommend and consider this the BEST ARABIAN CUISINE IN WATERLOO, ONTARIO

Unfortunately they didnt allow customization at all (to remove rice from a combo or replace with salad because they had no "healthier" combos) but either way, it was extremely delicious and with that portion, it was worth every dollar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First, i would say this is my first take mediterranean food, and I instantly become one of the fans. Also, I just love the warming attitude from the owners there. They treat my friend and I with patient and care, ask for our order, even though they are busy taking care of the takeaway too. Lastly, I love how generously the portion the food is with the given price(about 10 - 20)
