★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Pizza, online 5 topping special with double pep, double cheese, mushroom and extra sauce is soooooo goooooodddddddddd.
side note: Stay away from the bacon strips. You only get thumbnail sized bacon, usually 1 or 2 per slice.. not what I expected when reading 'bacon strips' -- bit of a disappointment. Other than this, Ill stand by the 5 star

I don't think I need to explain why this is wrong (and racist). I just hope in the future your employees are more culturally-sensitive especially since K-W is such a diverse community. The people that represent your business at the end of day also represent your values.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a pizza, spent 35 dollars on a delivery. Ordered many times, never complained before. I ordered this time, pizza was soft and doughy in the middle. I called to let them know, I feel as though my money was wasted. Told nothing can be done and was that they hope I can understand. Hung up on me. I cant even pull a slice, it just rips in half. Very annoying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing taste for gluten free pizza, definitely my favourite for the quality. Just wish the costumer service was better. I called asking for help navigating the uber app for ordering our pizzas online and was repeatedly cut off and interrupted repeatedly. they were quick to hang up on me and did not explain, they just continued to say it was there in a harsh tone. we all have off days but as someone who works in the service industry I wouldn’t handle a customer the same way.
