★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered Gluten free pizza. It was soggy wet bread, but oddly dry and crumbly. It had next to NO cheese on it. This was the most unsatisfactory pizza I've ever eaten in my life, including frozen. I feel so angry, I spent over $60. Our family chose you because I unfortunately have health issues, and Everyone else had okay looking pizza but my Pizza, the most expensive one ordered was terrible. Maybe you need to go to training at the Elmira store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complete rip off! Stop hiding behind your toppings! Adding a thin layer of cheese, on top of your toppings, while adding more sauce to save money is assanine! Charging 60 plus dollars for two large pizzas is shameful. Imtegerty and reputation still has a place in society!

The person on call accused us of lying and said that he at X time had his driver confirm that he delivered the pizza. We had CCTV footage of no one arriving at the spot. We called again and he picked up and was very very rude and said he does not care and was just yelling at us. Very bad experience and on top still no pizza and clearly they lied about getting someone the order as we did not get it and have video footage of no one coming to our place. Bad customer service and dishonest employees. I would show a picture but we did not even get our order.
