The customer service is exceptional and the flowers are absolutely beautiful and fresh. It doesn’t matter if it is a fresh bouquet of flowers or a potted plant. I love going into the store. It is very up lifting.

We've used them for wrist corsages, floral arrangements for happy and sad occasions or just because. I like the fact that they answer their phone, make good recommendations and provide good value for money. I used to use some of the on-line services and was always very disappointed. Just today, Raymond took an order at 9 am and had it delivered by noon! You can't ask for better than that.

I still received the owners’ patient help to prepare the bouquet. They asked me about the details needed (flower color, ribbon color and stem length). Very helpful service and good product. Thank you for helping me out!
A	Amy Zhang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THIS IS ABSOLUTELY A SCAM! The 'bouquet' I received this morning looks nothing like what the website shows. It is a LOT less filling. I think the owner has some serious misunderstanding about what a bouquet means. They probably think any plant count as a bouquet worth of 70 dollars..... It is disrespectful of the owner to be cheap on giving flowers on a Valentines Day when girls would love a nice bouquet of flowers, instead of a cheap plant that I could easily get from the outside of Canadian Tire. I'd give it -10000 star if it is an option.... One star is overrating..... Update: I later called the shop, the shop agreed to let me return it. But she said that "you should not trust the website pictures because they are very unrealistic. The company pick the biggest flowers for the photoshoot and that doesn't mean that's what you get." Bouquet is an art, not a fast food. Given the price listed, you cannot just blindly follow a so called recipe and put things together even though you know the flowers are unique and don't work together the same way. As a customer, I am buying happiness and meeting the expectation, and I am disappointed when they clearly don't match. If you can really say that the bouquets in the two pictures attached are the same, then you must be blind. STOP THE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, IT IS A SCAM.
A	Alana Simpson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An AMAZING experience working with Raymond's Flower Shop for our wedding flowers. Zuzana was a joy to work with. I showed her an inspiration photo and she made these beautiful flowers almost identical. She had vases for us to use and rent that matched the theme of our wedding. When the flowers came the day of set up, I actually cried they were so gorgeous. She made two beautiful arrangements for our triangular arch and the bridesmaids bouquets were really well done. The flowers were unique, full, colour rich and really well put together. I even took my bouquet with me on our honeymoon so that I could continue to enjoy the flowers. Flowers meant a lot to me and Zuzana and her team definitely met went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you Raymond's Flowers!!!! Highly recommend!!!
