We were in this store today and we needed help the employee at fabric section told us to find the other employee. We found the. Other employee and she was busy son. Went back and told to employee she is busy can you help us she told us again to see other employee then she told this other customer to stand in line behind us. Then we waited while the employee was doing nothing than she ask the lady behind us if she needed help. She completely ignored us. I have a disability and had a service dog. I feel that this employee discriminates against people with disabilities. The longer drive to Cambridge was worth it
N	Noah Powis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to lens mill the other day and asked a total of 3 different employees to help cut a yard of fabric for myself. Instead of helping me directly or finding anyone also to help me, they all proceeded to scoff and send me around the store looking for someone else to assist me. The one woman there working in the aisle was very rude and went as far as to make me feel like I was doing something wrong by asking for assistance. Two employees even went as far as to bicker back and forth as to who should have to help me cut the fabric. Every worker I encountered made me feel unwelcome and like an inconvenience to them. I decided to take my business elsewhere. I highly recommend the staff here be trained on how to treat their customers with kindness and respect

Left her huge pile of yarn, and helped me find the right knitting needles, not to mention the very helpful expert advice she gave regarding knitting. Thank you Donna.

Immediately she said , Its right here.. i was looking for a quilted material. She has made it her mission to know where all fabrics are sorted to.. she then found more of the Corduroy I was looking for. She was awesome.. and Christines helper, while she was on break was very helpful as well.. THANK YOU!.. THANK YOU !!!!!

Upon finding the right one, I went to seek out some help. After asking one employee, I was directed to find another. Upon finding the other, I was directed to go to a different cutting table. When there was nobody there I found a third employee in an aisle and asked for her assistance. She quickly flared up stating that I needed to check the desk. I explained to her that there was nobody there to help when I was rudely cut off and yelled at to “use the bell until someone arrives!” After two more interactions like this, I simply left without the fabric as I felt unwelcome in this store. I will never shop here again and highly encourage anyone else to skip the hassle and visit another location. I would expect this entire store be retrained on simple customer service.
P	Popular Reviewer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although it seems disorganized, the staff here is very friendly and there is an insane variety of fabrics to choose from; I was truly amazed. The prices were definitely high, but I suppose that is to be expected with most fabric shops nowadays. Definitely worth giving a visit if you're feeling crafty!! More worth it than Michael's, in my opinion.

They were out of stock...she contacted other Lens and had it in store within days. I was just out the parking lot when she called to say she found some...then this a.m.that it arrived at store. This is a great store. Always well stocked in yarns and accessories. Great service and pleasant.if you need help Donna knows her yarns! Margaret

I want Christine to teach me everything she knows! I also had amazing service and help from Ariel, Ainsley, Stephanie, Char and Chris today! I love this store so much I will definitely return for help on my projects. Highly recommend for newbies to sewing and crafting!!!
