The staff were extremely professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make the experience nothing short of incredible for both myself and my fiancée. The location and layout of the store is extremely well architected and solidifies it as a premium experience.

I was looking for a suit for my son's wedding. I went to Paul Puncher and met Matthew who never tried to sell me. Instead, he listened to what I wanted and suggested the right suit options... I was all in.I chose a beautiful suit and an amazing shirt to go with it. They took their time at the fitting(s) to make sure it was a perfect. It was an amazing experience! A shout-out to Mario who helped make the suit perfect for me.

I was really, really impressed by the level of service we all received here, the level of information provided to make an informed decision, and the clear expertise in modifying suits to fit your body. We went to another local suit store that did not provide the same level of service nor quality of goods and education, which just made us more impressed with our treatment here. I will definitely be recommending Paul Puncher for those looking for suits.

Made an appointment with Scott and he put together an amazing custom suit for me. Can’t thank him enough for his expertise and phenomenal customer service.
I was on a tight schedule and Scott was able to have my suit fully ready for me in under a month. He answered all the questions I had in a timely manner and was very attentive to my order.
Paul Puncher is the place to go if you want a great customer experience, and an amazing looking suit that fits perfectly.
