The next morning I got a call asking if it was a Christmas gift because they would do everything in their power to get it to me in time as Christmas was only 2 days away. I was totally surprised that they would take the time to call me as I did not mention this being a Christmas present in my online order. WOW! This call was an awesome display of above and beyond customer service! You don't often get this kind of proactive customer service! This was my first experience with Loop but it definitely won't be my last!

He picked out a bunch of things for me to check out and I ended up with some nice sweaters as well. He was very knowledgeable and it was nice to have someone walk me through everything. Usually I dread clothes shopping so it was definitely worth it to have someone’s undivided attention and expertise. As a bonus, everything I ended up buying was made in Canada, which was something really important to me, as I try to shift away from fast fashion and support Canadian businesses. I will be back.

I needed to update my wardrobe, but my sense of fashion is a solid 6/10 at best. I booked an appointment with Alnoor. He picked out a great selection of clothing for me to try. He was attentive, honest and entertaining. I'm very happy with my new clothes.

He'll find you clothes that fit perfectly, blend in with your wardrobe perfectly, and achieve the style you want. I've never left a consultation unsatisfied. All of the hassle found at traditional retailers - poorly fitting clothes, styles that don't work for you, labyrinthine layouts that hide the best items, etc. - is completely eliminated at the Loop. Not to mention Al is incredibly hospitable, easy to talk to, and pure fun to be around. Truly unlike any other non-bespoke clothing store. For men looking to take better care of their attire, this is THE place to be!

Cares for your personal fashion taste and only recommends what will suit your style. He was bang on with style and sizing. Clothing quality is best in town. Couldn’t believe the feel of some of the fabrics. Highly recommend paying a visit. Will continue to shop at Loop clothing in future.
