My friend had a dress on and it had a price tag on for $329 but she told us that if we left and came back the price would raise to $379. She touched without consent and was overall very negative. We left and went to kindred spirt and there was way better dresses and better service overall.
E	Erin Cabaday on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience here. I was excited to try on dresses for prom, but quickly got let down. I found a dress in my size that I wanted to try on, but was brushed off a couple times by the lady working there. When I asked a third time, the lady came up to me and touched me without consent on my stomach, waist and hips. She then proceed to tell me the dress wouldn't fit me (even though I had tried that size on multiple times in multiple styles and brands already). My sister and I began to leave the store as I was quite hurt by the comments and the touching of my body. As my sister told her that she cannot touch people without their consent and that the service we were receiving was horrible, the lady working then tried to get me to stay and try the dress on. The touching and body shaming was the tipping point to us leaving as when we first came in the other male worker was not wearing a mask and the lady had also roughly pushed past me. Very disappointed with the experience, as it has really effected me and my experience shopping.

The lady was telling me it would be so expensive to tailer because I am short and tiny they would have to do a lot too it. She helped me find a dress that I absolutely fell in love with. Helped me pick out shoes and then gave me free jewelry to go with all of it! Amazing customer service! I highly recommend this place ladies for your pr9m dresses!

The store owner is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, she can estimate what sizes will work for you from the minute you enter the store and knows her stock well enough to judge which dresses will fit the best. The customer service is second to none. She is incredibly patient as you try on many dresses multiple times and works with you to figure out what style looks the best. Based on your preferences she will pick out dresses that match your ideas. She offers helpful suggestions in terms of any necessary alterations or accessories. The prices are very reasonable and there is a huge range of dresses in all colours and styles. Each time we have gone shopping here we have had difficult times choosing between the gorgeous dresses, but end up beyond happy with our choice as we leave. Highly recommend this location for all your dress needs.
