What an amazing bridal salon experience from the moment we first came in, to the moment my mom & I got to take the dress home and prepare for the wedding. I love that Valentina Bridal is a smaller salon which creates a more welcoming and private experience for wedding dress shopping. The dresses are plentiful, beautiful, and timeless. My dress was ordered in sizes too large for me (as like many brides, I decided to lose weight before the wedding); and Valentina's worked with me endlessly to alter my dress to fit me perfectly so that come the wedding, I had no extra concerns or fears. Thank you for an incredible journey with my beautiful gown!

I highly recommend Valentina's to any bride in the area. They have already been so amazing and I'm only about halfway through my process with them! We are having a short 3 month engagement and I was so worried about finding dresses off the rack. Simona was amazing! She asked me what specifically I was styles I was looking for, what my budget was, took me through their discounted/discontinued dress section, and helped me try on over 10 dresses off the rack! At my first appointment I found my dress at an incredible price point, and am able to get all the alterations finished in time. Not to mention, they have helped so much with my bridesmaid dresses. Aimee personally sent me a photo of the colour of two comparable dress designers when I had questions about whether they were the same. And when I was having troubles ordering a dress for my plus sized bridesmaid in time, I contacted them asking if they could order it and Aimee was able to not only get it rushed shipped to arrive a week before the wedding, but reassured me they would be able to alter it for her before our day as well! I feel completely confident in their service and abilities in making sure we have everything we need for the wedding.

I found my dream dress at Valentina bridal. I was looking for something different but makes a statement. I found the most gorgeous black dress with cream undertones, and the staff at Valentina's helped me with the process the whole way through. I can't recommend them enough.

I’ve been to Valentina’s twice for bridesmaids dresses in the last 2 years. The first time was a pretty good experience, the second was not. After selecting a bridesmaids dress I was measured for size. The lady told me I was between sizes, one of the sizes being the same size that I tried on in store. I asked her what she recommended I choose, considering I would be losing some weight before the wedding (and I get it, I’m sure lots of girls say this), and she said ‘well the one you tried didn’t look good on you so you should size up’. This was a hurtful thing to say, especially considering I had already chosen the dress style and was then told that it didn’t look good on me. Sure, maybe a size up would fit better (and I honestly don’t care which ‘number’ I need), but there are much kinder and respectful ways to say that. Because of this I ended up ordering the dress from a different store that made me feel more comfortable with my choices. Bridesmaid dress shopping can already be a self-conscious experience for some people considering you’re usually with a group of girls that you just met. This one went from a fun time trying on dresses, to an experience that left me feeling less confident about my body image. Choose your words wisely ladies - these types of comments are hard to forget (especially when you’re wearing the dress for such a special day). I don’t often write reviews and debated posting this one - but there’s always room for improvement so I hope the staff of Valentina’s can take something away from this for future brides & bridesmaids. EDIT: I received a call from the manager with a sincere apology about my experience which I appreciate, therefore I updated my star rating.

From the second my daughter and I walked into Valentina’s we were made to feel welcome. We didn’t have an appointment and they made time for us. I had a basic idea for the style of a dress for me, my daughter was open to try almost anything. They listened when I described what was important to me brought me a couple of dresses. They found me the perfect dress & below my price point!! My daughter fell in love with a dress too. The staff are wonderful, they care about how you look and feel on your special day. Gave us suggestions on some wedding decorations, accessories for our dresses. They made everything so easy and fun!
