T	Tamara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the worst customer service ever experienced. I was there between the hours of 6pm to 8pm on July 4th as I had to return stuff purchased online. I did not catch the girls name but she was working the left cash register if you’re standing in line waiting to check out. Had dirty blonde wavey hair. I stood in line as she was helping someone else. She moved like a snail. Kept yawning the whole time and when another employee from the store approchached her, she proceeded to pause whatever she was doing to tell the girl about her weekend and what she did. 15 minutes later she finally finished processing the customers service, at which point I had already moved on to the second lane to be assisted by a different employee. 30 minutes later I was finally out of the store for something that should have taken 5 minutes max. Will never shop here again!!!!

E	Emily Phillips on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot speak more highly of the customer service I received at this location yesterday from Jordan, Sydney and Ainsley. When I first walked in to the store I was greeted by Sydney, to whom I mentioned that I was shopping for a new wardrobe, and was working on finding some pieces that would work for me and my new look. Every time I picked something up I wanted to try on Sydney was there to place it in the change room, leaving my hands free to keep looking at other pieces. When I went to try on my selection of clothes I was greeted by Jordan who had taken it upon herself to put together an assortment of other outfits I might like based on the pieces I had already selected. She had organized them into possible outfit combinations and displayed them for me from casual to dressy. She had explained that Sydney had mentioned to her that I was looking for new ideas and starting fresh, and it made me feel so special to have somebody help make my shopping trip a little easier. Even when Jordan's shift was over, Ainsley was there to help me. I greatly appreciate all the extra effort you ladies went to, and I will definitely be coming back for more soon! I love everything I bought, and I finally feel like my clothes reflect my personality. Thank you so, so much for all of your help!

V	Vana Chaparian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thought I finally came across decent costumer service in dynamite but I was indeed disappointed again. “The manger her self” was unprofessional. She put pants on hold for me and I asked if we could do a day longer and she said yes and then I call and she says it was only until Saturday and they are gone. I specifically asked for Sunday closing time and she confirmed it in person but on the phone “unfortunately they’ve been sent out” this is not the first time I’ve had HORRIBLE service from dynamite employees and I will no longer support them because of how poorly they treat their costumers. I was also told the item I tried on was supposed to be “garbaged” but I can get an extra 10% off. They had a hole in them, pen marks and black marks all over and all I was offered was %10. Coming from someone that has been a manger before they need to do better and hire professional employees.

I told her I needed an outfit for Valentine’s Day dinner and she immediately started picking out outfits for me. I came from the gym (wearing sweats) and she picked out my exact style and the vibe I was going for! I was able to try on many different options that I all loved, and ended up buying 2 outfits because I love how she styled them! The part I loved most was that I literally did nothing she picked out everything for me, I didn’t even have to look! Her energy made me excited to try on clothes (this is the part I hate most about shopping) and she kept checking in on me even when she got busy. I work in customer service myself and really appreciate her hard work and friendliness! I usually order online for convenience, but with such a great experience I will be returning soon!
