However, Mackenzie came over to see if I needed anything and she was SO helpful. I am so thankful for her fashion advice, personal selections and the time that she spent with me. I left with a bag full of great items. Thanks so much Mackenzie!

The girls that work here particularly at the cash register make it seem like everything’s a chore, something as small as literally buying from the company they work for. Completely appalling. They have a terrible attitude, as if it’s not their job to do what they have to do. I’d give them zero stars if possible.

Some girl are really nice and some girl ( including the manager) are treating customers with really bad way, which is really low level.
M	Morgan McMaster on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to exchange a pair of sweatpants that I had bought in the wrong style. The sales associate I dealt made it seem as if I was a huge inconvenience to her. I explained that I was looking for a loser fit and she offered a different pair and told me they’d fit the same even though they weren’t the same style of pant and wouldn’t fit the same. When I finally did the exchange she rudely asked if I had the receipt as if I had stolen the pants I was trying to exchange. She didn’t offer her name so I’m not sure who she was but she provided a poor customer service experience for me and I will not be returning to this store.
A	Alexandra A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve never had a pleasant experience here, never been greeted, the only time I was ever spoken to was when I happened to be wearing some aritzia clothing items. It’s like everyone that works here has never worked a customer service job ever in their lives. I feel deeply uncomfortable coming in this store. I don’t know why so many girls work here if nobody ever comes to ask you if you need help they just stand around and judge everyone.

Even when brought to the change room no one introduced themselves or even offered help. This is the second bad experience I’ve had here. I love aritzia and their clothes and always shop there but I will no longer purchase from this location again. It was not a nice feeling. P
E	Eden Moorman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in to the store in Conestoga mall with my younger sister who is not familiar with the area. I made a fun bet with her to see if we would be greeted when we walked in to Aritzia. We were not greeted, which was honestly expected, so we went on shopping. We pick up a few things that we thought were nice and a woman worker comes up to us (of course only when we have items in our hands). She offers us both a fitting room and takes our items. We continue on shopping and I pick up another dress and a purse to try on. After looking around a while longer, we make our way to the back change rooms, where we are not greeted for some time. Because of this, I assume that we just walk in because of the lack of personnel coming to help. We begin to check the open fitting rooms for our clothes, which we NEVER find. So I assume that the worker may have put them off to the side rather than in a room, so I look around on racks and NOTHING. She had taken our clothes and (I assume) just put them away. A short while later (of us just standing at the fitting rooms) the same woman who assisted us comes over, but not to help, just to move some things around. At this point, I am so frustrated, and so I put the purse back down where it was, and we both exit the store. Such a shame that these things always happen in Aritzia, because the clothes are so nice and I always am wanting to buy something when I go in. I think from now on I will be ordering online, except I couldn’t even try on the clothes to see what my size was.
M	Marta Borowska on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice store layout and ambiance, not that many items but it looks well organized. Some stuff is pricey but a lot of the material is good quality. They have some beach hats right now and a bunch of crop top styles. Lots of stretchy pants near the back, as well as some other accessories.
