I came with a robe that I bought as a gift, I bought it on sale so I only hade 15 days to return it if the person I bought it for didn't like it. I ended up returning it 17 days later the lady at the cashier gave me the full price I paid for it in store credit. The robe is priced cheaper now than the price i bought it for originally. I was pleased.

Fabulous service. I had a very frustrating experience today, trying to find a bra at the Bay. Said eff it and left, seeking help at La Vie en Rose. Here I found VERY helpful staff; specific shout out to Sarah!! She was able to help me get measured and find what I wanted within minutes. I don't care about prices when the service is amazing. These girls are great and I will definitely be returning in future.??❀

Absolutely horrendous experience. Walked around the store for 15 minutes, confused and looking for something in particular without a single sales person helping. They say behind the desk and gossiped and weren’t even phased by me walking out of the store.

Really bad experience: Last friday (21 Jan 2022) night we bought, 4 pyjamas for my wife. After she reached home, realized that she need smaller size of those. Then we went on saturday morning to exchange all 4 pyjamas with a smaller size. Store Manager asked to pay 6 dollars extra. Even she does not have the courtesy to explain why she needs to charge this money. She said last night one of the store staff applied Virgin VIP offers 10% and now she want to charge me 6 dollars. If the system won't allow to add the discount, then how the employee put the discount on friday. She did not applogize, rude attitude, never gonna go to this store again. If they added discount, it is not my fault to pay back during the time of exchange. No more this store.

Wouldnt return because it was past the reutrn date even though with the pandemic, the too small Christmas present had not been gifted until after that date had passed. A gift receipt is useless if its only good for 30 days from the purchase. Say goodbye to one of the few people who shop at your store anymore

The sales staff are completely uninterested in helping you and instead cluster around the cash register desk chatting with each other. Not a single staff member asked to help me or even greet me after I had collected an armload of items to try on. I had to ask for a fitting room, which is awkwardly sized, there is only about 8 inches of clearance to close the door. While I was in the fitting room, nobody came to ask if the sizes I had were okay, but staff asked the woman in the fitting room beside mine. When I walked out, after buying nothing, the staff were once again clustered at the cash register.

I went in a few weeks to return pajamas that I received for Christmas, with the receipt. The lady told me I could get something else or just put it back on a gift card. I grabbed some cute pajamas in my normal size, exchanged them and left. When I tried them on at home they didn't fit like they normally do so I went back about a week later on my lunch break to just put it on a gift card and come back when I had time to try things on. The woman at the desk had a miserable look on her face when I walked to the counter. She was shorter, brown hair in a top bun, heavier set, and cranky. I explained what happened and what I would like to do. She brashly told me there was no putting it on a gift card since I'd already exchanged them. I had to either get something else or keep what I had. I told her I was never made aware by the initial employee that I had one shot at getting the gift card or I would have asked for it the first time. She implied that I was lying. I found her demeanor and behavior to be appalling. I stopped myself from pointing out her obvious lack of business sense by treating customers so rudely. I later found out that her name was Shelley and she is a District Manager! I have dealt with other employees here that have been more than friendly and helpful, which is the only reason this rating is not a 1. It seems this company doesn't understand who to promote and who to leave behind the scenes stocking shelves after hours!! If you see this woman behind the cash when go in, just walk by and try another day, so your day isn't ruined!
