★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Young redhead store manager dude was rude to my 9 month pregnant wife for no reason, she just asked a question about returning something. With a manager like that I can see why there are a lot of recent complaints about the customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ H&M has unfortunately gone down hill. They are not nearly as flexible as many other stores in the mall. They currently offer exchange only on sale items and also do not let you try items on (closed change rooms). They are the first store I have been in that change rooms are closed. In addition, you HAVE to exchange and can't get store credit. So you only have 30 days to find something you want (difficult for a pregnant woman). Also, at this particular location I do not find the staff members helpful or friendly. Won't be shopping here anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's always crowd in H&M stores and this outlet is also the same. I bought some hoodies from here and would recommend others as well. One thing I noticed is that, compared to Toronto, Eaton Center store, the range of products is limited.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have lots of modern ladies, mens, kids, and baby items. Been in here a few times and mostly haven’t purchased anything. A redeeming factor is that they do a recycling program for clothing so if you bring in a bag of clothes they will give you a $5 off coupon from your next $25/$30 purchase, if they still do this right now I’m not sure. Currently their change rooms are closed for COVID, and the red tag stuff is exchange only, which seems a bit unfair just for this period of time, then you can’t return something if you try it on at home and it doesn’t fit, because it is exchange only. They have a small maternity section as well near the entrance to the kids clothing. Lighting in the store is nice, very light and bright.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of different styles, not just for teens or necessarily young people. Definitely trendy and contemporary. Quality is good, literally saved my behind when my pants was ripped. Made that employees day. Great staff! Extremely helpful in a clothes malfunction crisis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time visiting an H & M and it will be the last. Upon entering; the store looked clean and the lighting was bright. That is the one star I gave.
I attempted to speak with several employees on both sides of the store, and not one of them were friendly or helpful. Is it that bad of a place to work? They made you feel like you were bothering them. It didn't seem busy in the store at the time. So, off I went with my son to look on our own.
The clothes and quality of them were average, and prices were average to other stores in the mall. I found the clothes were not organized according to style very well. Everything was scattered around the store . My son did pick out a few things, ( approx. $144.00 worth) and we went to the cash.
4 days before going to the store, I joined the email online as it stated I would receive 10% off my first visit. I did received a confirmation email. At the cash, I showed the person the email, and she stated it takes 1 week to get the %10 off. Why? It said NOTHING when signing up that I have to wait 1 week for the percentage off. I find this very poor business practice and if it had stated this when signing up, I would have waited.
I paid for my purchase, but will not return.
