★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience coming to this location. As I entered, Gabe assisted me finding the perfect fit with my orthotics. I got quick, useful help and walked out with a great pair of shoes. Would recommend :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful company with awful customer service. I bought a pair of Timberlands a few days ago, because the sales staff claimed the boots were waterproof. Just a three days later I discovered they were NOT waterproof. Today they refused to give me a refund saying the shoes were scuffed! I literally wore them only once and came back four days later! When I called Journeys customer service they refused to do anything because they “can’t corroborate the sales associate said they were waterproof”!!! Worst company ever. I was planning to buy more shoes during their Black Friday sale but I will take my business elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I went on a Thursday at around 7:00-7:30 and there were 2 male workers who were very rude. Fairview's staff was so nice but Conestoga.. I don't even want to buy the shoes anymore. Better teach them some manners or hire some new staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tonight I brought my nieces to Journeys to do some back to school shopping. We were greeted instantly by a very friendly and super happy store associate - namely Benjamin. He helped my youngest find the perfect fit in a new UGG bootie. He made her feel so comfortable - asking questions directly to her (she's 10) and wanted her to make sure her new boots fit just perfectly. He was animated, knowledgeable and totally fun! Thanks again Benjamin for making it such a great night for us all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ben and Izzy where the sweetest. They helped us out a lot had amazing attitudes, and didn’t mind staying 30 minutes after the store closed. They help my daughters out a lot and even gave them stickers for free! If I where you i would definitely ask for them. Best costumer service we have ever received.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i went in the store today near the closing time and Ben and Izzy were working. They helped me so much with finding my shoe size and stayed 30 minutes after the store closed. Definitely the sweetest and amazing costumer service. even gave us stickers! I would definitely ask for them next time i go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Journey's had a nice selection of footwear all organized by brand. This was good because I specifically was shopping for a pair of Timberlands.
I was helped by a man I believe his name was Ben. He had great energy and was a very positive man. I had a good time interacting with him and he sounded like he knew what he was talking about. He seemed passionate about shoes.
