★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service, a mistake was made on their part and they continued to rudely interrupt a private conversation about said mistake. As we were walking out he continued to harp at us telling us that we can return it if we want. Definetely not going back to that store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID MAN WITH RED FLOPPY HAIR! Forgot to markup price tag on a record, then continued to be very rude about questioning the price. Rudely Interjected into a conversation without being addressed and will not see my business again! Absolutely despicable experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer experience. Treated absolutely awfully by the staff working at this location. Incorrect price tagging was responded with argument by staff. Horrid experience.
The man with the red hair is so completely unfriendly and it is tragic that he messed up my experience to this extent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sunrise is one of the last, great, "record" store chains. They have a large selection of music, both CD and vinyl records, movies, posters, collectables and other, interesting items.
The store is bright, clean, and the staff are always friendly and helpful.
I highly recommend this store, even just to pop in and browse around, you never know what you will find.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alright store, okay selection. Ordered a record in November I believe, was told 4-6 weeks usually but probably 7-8 for this one. Been 12 weeks no contact, when I go in the staff don’t care or wanna provide any info or insight into what’s going on.
Personally would recommend just making the trip to Encore Records instead

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incorrect price tags on DVDs and the staff would not honour the sticker price. Also, I ordered a CD. They said it would be two to three weeks to get it in and would call me once it was in. It's been over a year and I have heard not a word from them. I eventually ordered the CD elsewhere and got it promptly.
