I absolutely hate the front parking lot so your better off going around to the side or back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven't been to the Waterloo location before and was excited to see the "mothership" store as the Kitchener and Guelph stores are great.
A bit of a disappointment here. Cds are not properly sorted by category and in some cases not sorted at all. Store was very quiet but no interaction with any staff at all. They all looked bored. I think I'll stick to the other locations in the future.
